Ayu is an interdisciplinary designer based in Portland, Oregon, with a focus on empathic and research-based design. Her portfolio consists of a variety of projects, ranging from instructional booklets to 3D-printed mobile phones. Regardless of the medium, Ayu utilizes creative thinking and visual storytelling in her everyday work and is happy to share her design capabilities to support nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining the Campbell & Company team, Ayu interned at a local jewelry design studio with a focus on ethically sourced materials and customizable pieces of wearable art. While there, she conducted photoshoots and helmed the studio’s digital redesign.
Ayu holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Product Design from the University of Oregon. Outside of design, she enjoys scrutinizing films and exploring cities.
