With more than 25 years in the nonprofit sector, Amy Brown brings passion and experience to her work with each client. Her expertise includes planning and guiding successful fundraising campaigns, developing targeted and effective donor communications, and shaping genuine, relationship-building strategies to build, engage and retain major and longtime donors.
A Pacific Northwest native, Amy has worked on numerous regional projects, including guiding campaign planning studies and capital and endowment campaigns for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) and The Community Library, partnering with College Possible Portland and Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest on development assessment and planning processes, and helping the Idaho Conservation League plan and implement a successful project and endowment campaign to defend Idaho’s land, water, and air for generations to come. Prior to joining our firm, Amy worked as a fundraising and executive search consultant and served as the statewide Development and Marketing Director for Start Making A Reader Today (SMART).
Amy is a past President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Oregon and Southwest Washington Chapter, and Willamette Valley Development Officers. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from Santa Clara University and completed coursework in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management at Lewis and Clark College and Portland State University.
