Christian began his career in Chicago as Chief of Staff, eventually promoted to Chief Operating Officer of a boutique retained executive search firm which specialized in healthcare, association, academic medicine, and life science industries. Streamlining processes and efficiencies, Christian helped transform their applicant tracking system, customer relationship management tools, and data and analytics reporting. In addition to his core operational duties, Christian also led various consulting assignments, executive search, and governance projects.
Christian most recently served as Director of Operations with a national, award-winning staffing and recruiting firm, where he spearheaded their Veteran hiring initiative, which helped over 700 Veterans, military spouses, and family support members find employment. Through his efforts, Christian was recognized as one of Crain’s 2021 Notable Military Veteran Executives.
A Veteran of the US Army, Christian served as a Noncommissioned Officer deploying twice to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a member of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
Christian earned his BA (Business Management) and MBA from Loyola University Chicago and is an Advisory Board Member to the Executive and Professional Education Center (EPEC) at Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business.
