Carly brings over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit leadership and communications to Campbell & Company. She enjoys helping clients build effective teams, design strategic proposals for complex donor requests, and create strong connections with volunteers, staff and donors.

Before joining Campbell & Company, Carly spent twelve years at Writers Theatre in multiple roles, including her most recent position as the Managing Director, Strategy and Advancement. She led all fundraising efforts for the organization and was a key member of the leadership team during a founder transition and post-pandemic recovery. Prior to her tenure at WT, she was a full-time Arts Leadership fellow at Chicago Shakespeare Theater and an Account Executive for a Marketing/PR agency working with clients in agriculture and healthcare.
Carly has a BA in Mass Communications/PR from UW- Eau Claire and an MFA in Arts Leadership from DePaul University.
