“I believe that including diverse voices in strategic decision-making not only makes organizations stronger but will also change the face of the nonprofit sector.”
Hailey brings an array of nonprofit experiences in healthcare philanthropy, educational programming, communications design, and strategic planning to her role as a Consultant at Campbell & Company. She believes that inclusive philanthropy empowers communities served and grows impact. Hailey looks forward to working alongside her clients to solve problems instead of completing projects.
Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Hailey served as the Development Coordinator at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. In that role, she and her team generated $2.2M annually largely through peer-to-peer fundraising and corporate sponsorships.
Hailey also spent two years as a high school science teacher in Gary, Indiana, via the Teach for America program. In addition to providing daily instruction and developing her own curriculum, she helped implement organizational infrastructure for the then-two-year-old school and established local community partnerships with environmental impact organizations.
Hailey has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Concentration in Middle Eastern Studies from St. Olaf College. In her spare time, Hailey enjoys running marathons, keeping her sourdough starter alive, and taking her dog, Granger, to the dog beach.
