Melody Todd brings over 10 years of success in employee relations, strategic business partnering, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), compensation and benefits programs, and integrated business processes.
Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Melody was the Senior HR Manager for Clarity Partners, a Chicago-based technology consulting firm, where she led the organization’s people strategy covering the full employee lifecycle. She also served as an HR Generalist for TTX Company, a railcar pooling company and as HR and Operations Manager for James O’Brien Associates, a commercial credit insurance agency.
Melody received a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul University, where she graduated with distinction. She is also a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR). Melody serves on the Board of Directors for Recovery on Water (ROW), a rowing team and community for breast cancer patients and survivors, and on the Executive Council for Cara Chicago, a Chicago-based nonprofit focused on breaking the cycle of poverty through the power and purpose of employment.
