Nicole is the Executive Director of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), a national nonprofit supporting community development in cities and rural areas throughout the country. in Los Angeles. Previous to her placement, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Nonprofit Banking for Banc of California, where she was recruited to build a business focused on nonprofits and CDFI entities in California. Prior to joining Banc of California, Nicole spent nine years at J.P. Morgan, leading various lines of business within the bank and also served as Senior Director of Economic Development for Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa of Los Angeles. She brings over ten years of extensive experience working with cities, counties, and municipal agencies. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from the Grazia dio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. Nicole is an alumna of the Los Angeles African American Women in Public Policy Leadership Institute. She also served as an Executive Council Board Member for the Northern California Chapter of Women in Public Finance from 2017 2019 . She is currently the Board Treasurer for the New Village Academy for Girls.
