Skills for Chicagoland Future
Pam joins Skills for Chicagoland’s Future as their new Chief Program Officer. She comes to Skills following seven years as the EVP/COO at The Chicago Lighthouse where she led daily operations of Chicago Lighthouse Industries, a light assembly and distribution social enterprise, The Illinois Tollway Customer Service Center, staffed by Chicago Lighthouse employees, and a number of programs under the rehabilitation umbrella, with a focus on serving people who are blind, visually impaired, disabled, and Veterans.
Her prior experience includes 14 years leading large, multi-plant manufacturing and engineering organizations, developing collaborative solutions that led to achieving business goals. In between she spent seven years at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago leading daily fundraising and community-building activities.
Pam is an accomplished performance-driven executive, with 30 years of achievement across for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. She is a high-energy, focused leader who excels at building relationships with employees, clients, partners, and vendors.
