Pro bono partnerships that advance racial justice
Equity Partners Program
The Campbell & Company Equity Partners Program is an annual pro bono partnership with a nonprofit organization that advances intersectional equity and social justice.
To help create a more inclusive and equitable nonprofit sector, our Equity Partners are organizations that do not generally have the resources for comprehensive nonprofit consulting.

We engage in these pro bono partnerships in the spirit of collaboration and solidarity, with a commitment to leveraging our expertise and spheres of influence to enact change in the nonprofit sector and to work alongside our partners in building a more equitable and just world.
What will the pro bono partnership include?
The partnership will be a 6 – 12-month engagement to support the organization’s philanthropic growth and mission advancement, utilizing Campbell & Company’s leading nonprofit consulting services: Fundraising, Communications, Strategic Information Services, and Executive Search.
When the partner is selected, we will work together to determine a clearly defined project scope and structure that best meets the organization’s needs and vision. Campbell & Company will serve with the same collaborative team approach and rigor as all of our client engagements.
