Through its critical fundraising role, San Francisco General Hospital Foundation promotes excellence in research, education, and care for all at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (ZSFG).
The Foundation wanted to better “equip” Zuckerberg San Francisco General with furniture, fixtures, and equipment for its new seismically-sound acute care trauma center.
Throughout the campaign, Campbell & Company guided the Foundation in its first-ever transformative fundraising effort.
The project allowed ZSFG to safely accommodate patients in a more calm and healing environment, continue to train the next generation of health care leaders, and provide each and every person who walks through ZSFG’s doors with state-of-the-art care.
“With us from the beginning and throughout our entire campaign, Campbell & Company helped us early on to design a campaign strategy and discipline to our efforts that was unique to our philanthropic environment and organizational culture. Being that our Board and staff were fairly new to a major capital campaign fundraising effort, Campbell offered expert guidance that bolstered the confidence of our campaign leadership and staff for continued momentum and embedded with our staff when needed so that we truly felt like they were part of our team.”
