Damien Berliet has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than decade, with particular expertise and experience in fundraising and campaign strategy/implementation and executive and donor communications. Since joining Campbell & Company in 2017, Damien has worked with a wide range of clients across the nonprofit sector via campaign planning studies, development assessments, and interim management. As a consultant, Damien especially enjoys partnering with clients to drive complex engagements to successful conclusions through effective collaborative project management and donor-centric communication.
Before joining Campbell & Company, Damien served as Special Assistant for Executive Communications in the Office of the President at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where he worked closely with the President and Provost on external and internal communications, including in direct support of their involvement in the School’s $50 million fundraising campaign. Damien began his career at Egon Zehnder, one of the world’s leading executive search firms.
Damien holds a B.A. in History with distinction from Yale University and an M.A. in Humanities from the University of Chicago.
