Perry Brimijoin brings 15+ years of experience in the consulting and nonprofit sector to Campbell & Company. Based in Washington, D.C., Perry focuses on leveraging the intersection of strategy and innovation to generate results and create new ways of thinking about organizational structure and fundraising.

Perry joined Campbell & Company after founding a boutique consulting firm whose clients included World Resources Institute, The Vanderbilt Project on Unity and American Democracy, and Millions of Conversations. Do.More’s work ranged from helping develop year-end giving campaigns to writing grants to building development operations and teams from the ground up.
As the Executive Director of Campaign for NPR, she worked to outline and implement large fundraising initiatives for public radio while cultivating a strong culture of philanthropy. She was an Assistant Vice President at CCS, where her engagements included campaign management for the White House Fellows Foundation and Association. She spent her early career in annual giving at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business, eventually becoming the Director of the Darden Annual Fund.
Perry holds a BA in liberal arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a MA in nonprofit management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz School. She lives in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of D.C. with her husband and their German Shepherd, Zephy.
