Aaron Conitz brings a unique set of interdisciplinary experiences spanning the nonprofit development, academic, and performing arts sectors to his fundraising work at Campbell & Company.
Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Aaron served as the Development and Grants Coordinator at the Kirkland Arts Center (KAC). In this role, he supported the annual fund, served as a liaison to the board, and was the primary driver of KAC’s grants activity – including a successful capacity building proposal that incorporated an anti-racist approach toward the adaptive reuse of KAC’s historic building. Aaron also helped to plan and implement KAC’s first-ever virtual gala and auction, a successful event that netted over $100,000.
Outside of nonprofit fundraising, Aaron has performed extensively as a freelance violist in the Seattle area. He has often appeared with the Seattle Symphony, Seattle Opera, and as a studio musician in numerous films, video games, and commercial recording projects. Aaron also maintains a private studio for viola and music theory instruction.
Aaron holds a B.M. and M.M. in viola performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and a Doctor of Musical Arts from Rice University.
