“Nonprofit leaders are often balancing many urgent needs in both the short- and long-term, all with the lofty goal of better serving their communities. My role is to help maximize your resources for the biggest impact, serve as a thought-partner, and help advance your critical missions.”
With nearly 20 years of frontline fundraising experience, Linda Rabadi Fair brings a seasoned perspective on meaningful philanthropic engagement, relationship-building, and creating impactful development programs. A recent addition to the Campbell & Company team, Linda is eager to use her nonprofit experience to help clients achieve their goals and make a direct impact in their communities.
Most recently, Linda served as the Director of Individual Giving at Seattle Art Museum (SAM). In that role, she managed annual major donor programs as well as directed activities associated with special fundraising campaigns. Paramount amongst this work was her leadership role in the comprehensive $150 million SAM Forward Campaign. Through the efforts of a dedicated staff and Board committee, the campaign generated critical funds for capital, endowment, and special projects through outright, planned, and blended gifts to the museum.
Prior to her role at SAM, Linda was the Associate Director of Development at the Tacoma Art Museum, connecting the museum with individual and institutional funders to support annual operations as well as a $17 million endowment and capital campaign. Linda also worked at the Experience Music Project (now the Museum of Popular Culture) in institutional fundraising.
Linda holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University Center on Philanthropy, a Master of Art in Arts Administration from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Ball State University.
