Katy is a problem solver who uses her experience in the nonprofit and public sectors to inform her work with Campbell & Company. With a background in adaptive recreation, disability inclusion, and environmental advocacy, Katy is innovative in creating solutions to solve complex problems.
Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Katy worked as Development Coordinator for Braver Angels and Philanthropy Director for the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition. These roles taught Katy how to leverage small development departments to streamline systems, improve efficiency, and increase revenue. She understands firsthand the challenges that nonprofits face, and focuses on creative, practical fundraising strategies.
Katy holds a Master of Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University. Outside of the office, Katy is an avid traveler and outdoor recreation enthusiast.
